Which GCSE texts does LitQuotes cover? LitQuotes covers the most commonly studied GCSE English Literature set texts across all major exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, Eduqas/WJEC, and OCR. Which exam boards are supported? LitQuotes is aligned to AQA, Edexcel, Eduqas/WJEC, and OCR. Quotes and analysis are mapped to each board's mark schemes, including Grade 9 exemplar analysis for every quote.
How do the school codes work? Once your licence is confirmed and your invoice is raised, you'll receive a unique access code for your year group or whole school. You share the code with students in class — they download LitQuotes free from the App Store (or Google Play from September 2026), enter the code, and Pro access unlocks instantly. No accounts, no logins, no IT setup required.
Is there an Android version? LitQuotes is currently available on iPhone and iPad. An Android version is in development and expected on Google Play by September 2026 — in time for the new academic year.
Do students need WiFi or school devices? No. LitQuotes works fully offline on students' own phones and school devices, no WiFi dependency, no device management or IT infrastructure required.
How does payment work? We raise an invoice directly to your school. School purchase orders (POs) are accepted. There's no card required and no recurring billing — we'll be in touch ahead of renewal. If you need a quote for your finance team first, just get in touch at hello@litquotes.io.
Can we trial it before committing? Yes — we offer a free 30-day trial for one class. No card, no PO, no commitment. Just get in touch via the contact form below.
What happens to student access at the end of the licence year? Students revert to the free version of LitQuotes, which includes limited quiz access. No data is lost and no action is required from the school — students simply continue on the free tier until a licence is renewed.
Is LitQuotes safe for students? Any ads or data harvesting? No ads, no data harvesting, no third-party tracking. LitQuotes does not require student accounts or personal data to function. It is fully GDPR compliant and appropriate for use by students of all ages.
