Complete a 10-day Streak
Students desiring to upgrade to Pro should show they are already using and benefitting from the app.

Students should present this streak to a parent, guardian, English teacher, form tutor or Head of Year
Schools should then get in touch parents/guardians to verify the request, or parents/guardians should get in touch with the school to do likewise.

The school should then email support@litquotes.io
This should include a screenshot of the streak, and a short letter on headed paper explaining the grounds for a concession. The student should not be named for GDPR and Safeguarding reasons: keep it anonymous.

If the above clauses are successfully met, we will then process the request and award a one-off code as appropriate. If needed, we will contact the school for further clarification.

We aim to reply within 3-5 business days.
